Ugh I HATED Watch the Throne. I just couldn't stand a ton of the lyrics and most of the beats were pretty boring. The first track was alright, the 2nd was awful, more of a Beyonce song and there were only a couple that were lyrically strong. New Day's good, so is Murder To Excellence and the hook for Why I Love You is massive, but other than that I couldn't really stand it

    SWEET BABY JESUS!

Also, I loved My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, so I was really excited for more 'Ye and even more Jay, kind of a letdown

I really need to listen to Kendrick Lamar, sounds really awesome. seems to be one of the best new rappers of 2011
  • i honestly haven't thought about it until right this second
the last thing that blew me away was the sigur ros live album
i put it on and within 2 minutes i said to myself "oh, sigur ros, how i've missed you"

and then an hour later i came back down to earth. it's like seeing your old friend that you haven't seen in 5 years but you don't even say hello you just start the conversation from when you last left it off.
  • I want to add that Bjork's album was beautiful.
  • i'm pretty shure the asian guy on stage with GGD is they're personal guru
