• Siberian Breaks is without a doubt my favorite song on the album. It very much reminds me of Band on the Run by Paul McCartney and Wings.
• - yayy! I finally found it! <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.wefeelfine.org/">http://www.wefeelfine.org/</a><!-- m -->
• what is this!?? It looks amazing but I don't understand!!
• That's so cool!
• I wish letting go emotionally was easier.
• Shit, Grizzly, you better become a cool adult or else coolness was just wsted on yo youth. I'm afraid you won't be as cool when you grow up because it's as if you currently have a lifetime of coolness.
• Well thanks for the kind words Phantom! I don't think I'll be one of those people that waste up all their personality when they're young. Maybe I'm like that episode of Star Trek where everyone ages in reverse, and in stead I just start out older and get younger.
• I think you'll turn out to be JUST LIKE ME except different.
• I hope so, you're pretty great.
• I like how I look but the way I look will never be able to represent how I feel sometimes. Like I was just listenin to fireworks/essplode and I made the room all dark except for one light that pointed toward the wall and I could see my shadow but it was not...how i felt. I don't know. It was weird.
• Your conclusion of that analsis is amusing. Sounds like a very interesting moment though. Are you saying like, with our (your) visual image, faces and such, they can be good but they can never really explain to another our deeper emotions and values for things?
• NBC CANCELED HEROES!! >:( They better make like a movie length finale or something! What about Brand New World?? <!-- s:( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/sad.gif" alt=":(" title="sad" /><!-- s:( -->
•
NBC CANCELED HEROES!! >:( They better make like a movie length finale or something! They're going to try and do a 2 hour wrap up event of some sort. STUPID NBC. there is a petition on youtube you should join! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zn6IPICq3vs&playnext_from=TL&videos=lKdtyOdlh2I
• I've joined one or two facebook pages, but I've forgotten my youtube account password. I really do hope they do some sort of wrap up. It'd be so bad just to leave where that season finished! I was so excited to see how the world reacted to Claire and the heroes being exposed! And no more Sylar!!! Good or evil, hes still briliant, and still Zachary Quinto..! *sob*
• To sit in a field just like in this photo, full of fireflies, as the sun light is dieing out, is a dream of mine. In my head I always imagine a great big field and it can be full of fireflies, or sometimes nothing at all and I named it after one of my favourite songs which the place always comes to mind when I hear it. Its kind of like one of my happy places! hahaha. <!-- s:P --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/razz.gif" alt=":P" title="razz" /><!-- s:P --> The number one location in my imagination.. and I would just sit and ponder in a field like this. This picture is just so briliant. I love it!
• <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://games.adultswim.com/robot-unicorn-attack-twitchy-online-game.html">http://games.adultswim.com/robot-unicor ... -game.html</a><!-- m --> inspired by this game, I drew a unicorn just now and I need a name. I've never really drawn a horse with a horn on its head from the top of my brain with no photo aid so it turned out looking like.. it could jump off a cliff and start gliding like a sugar glider with the legs i've drawn on it! and its face hasn't much structure to it.. and its happy. I might colour and take a photo of it but I need some unicorn name suggestions!! XD play the game. its addictive.
• Shinsy, I think I know what you mean. I feel like that. Sometimes I'm surprised when I look in the mirror.
•
Are you saying like, with our (your) visual image, faces and such, they can be good but they can never really explain to another our deeper emotions and values for things?
Yes, exactly! I'm glad I'm not alone then, Wini. The other day I took down the mirror in my room (it was right in front of me whenever I sat down in front of my computer) because i was just so tired of having to look at myself, especially while i'm dancing. It's distracting. Sometimes I feel great but don't look so good and I just don't want to have to care about that. By the way, the mirror was really really heavy xD I almost broke it I think.
• I love dancing in my room! : p I never use to but nowdays I can't really listen to a Midnight Juggernauts song without being able to dance to it! lol
• The me in my dreams where I am dancing in the air is the real me. This short, stubby body is not me.
• Thought: I think I just might be an air hostess for my carrer.. <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/smile-1.gif" alt=":)" title=":)" /><!-- s:) --> Seems like a good match.
• My friend Lori was a flight attendant. It's similar to the armed forces in the "hurry up and wait" department. If you are comfortable with small spaces and are good at taking care of people whom you normally would be repulsed by (massage therapy requires this as well) then you'd do fine. You do get to travel but you may not get a lot of time to SEE the places you are flying to.
• I've always really loved planes and airports.. And I can be quite tolerant with people a lot of the time, and working at HJs I'm aware is good practise with this sort of thing. Not sure if it would be a life long enjoyable job you know but I think I would like it for quite some time. I still need to study into the job and stuff, like the pay .. but otherwise I'm pretty keen. You can't live off art unless your Leonardo DiVinci or something you know.. Mum says I she reckons I'm smarter than that.. but I find it hard to think of careers I am willing to persue. I'm just so tired - life is confusing. I want to sleep right now. ..aand eat chocolate pizza. No more runnin' is a sleepy song......
• As soon as I read HJ's I said "She works at hand jobs?"
•
As soon as I read HJ's I said "She works at hand jobs?"
I lol'd. <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/lol.gif" alt=":D" title="lol" /><!-- s:D --> CHOCOLATE PIZZA??
• <!-- s:o --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/eek.gif" alt=":o" title="eek" /><!-- s:o --> hahahahahaha I've never heard people use 'hand jobs' for hjs! Zomg! nooo you know what I mean right!? lol anyway.. Theres this night cafe called the Moon and my sister got me really excited about it cause when I didn't know what it was she said 'Have you ever been to the moon? I should take you to the moon one day' and it has chocolate pizza and bands! I really want to go. Maybe for my birthday! : P
• The new ad on a few bus stops around the place. bhahahahahahah XD
• I can't wait until I'm old enough to move to Germany. Stupid North America. Stupid.
• Zachary Quinto on an Ipad? yes plz. Grizz why on EARTH would you be unsatisfied with north america!? don't call it stupid <!-- s:( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/sad.gif" alt=":(" title="sad" /><!-- s:( --> it is the best place on earth. i am sad you don't feel the same way.
• Yes, and why Germany?
• I hate North America. It's the most polluting, corporate, capital-driven continent, and I hate it. I think maybe I just hate Alberta the most, because Canada really is a beautiful country, but just the way the rest of the world sees North Americans disgusts me. I want to move to Germany because of the mountains, friendly people and general experience. I'll probably move to Munich, because of the low crime rate and all the great things there are to do there. Also, I'm taking German next year as a second language, so I'll know it and I can visit Germany right out of highschool if I really want.
• though I love my spot in North American, Grizz, I appreciate your ambition and determination! It really says something that you are learning German! If that's what you really want than good for you! What a great experience it will be at the least!
• This reminds me of that LCD Soundsystem song, North American Scum, which is quite awesome.
• MMMMMMM LCD SOUNDSYSTEM WAS THE SHIT LIVE. like blew my mind right out of its skull.
• They have a new album, don';t they? And I want to move to Portland, OR or New Zealand.
• Portland, Maine! Portland, Maine!
• $89 each way for a plane ticket! (to Portland, ME) Too bad I am an unknown element to your family. I'd come up in a heartbeat.
• aw, that's good to know anyways, wini. Eventually i'll have my own place and you can come and visit and send me packages freely!
•
MMMMMMM LCD SOUNDSYSTEM WAS THE SHIT LIVE. like blew my mind right out of its skull.
THEY'RE SO GOOD!!! I saw them open for Arcade Fire and it was awesome awesome awesome. All my friends is my favorite song of theirs. And one of my favorites ever (it brings me to tears sometimes). At Coachella when they played it I was all by myself cause my friends were off doing something less awesome and I danced really hard and had like a religious experience xD and after this dude standing next to me said "You like to dance." And then i complimented him on his Plastic Beach shirt. And then he disappeared. They're actually playing a show in LA tomorrow and I'm actually going to be around there, but it's sold out. I'm gonna try to go anyway.
• OH MAN YES! they were fantastic, Drunk Girls was the highlight for me. Their new album is great! It's called "This is Happening" and you should all check it out. WINI! Move anywhere that puts you closer to us awesome Canadians! Portland, WA? Then I can actually come visit:D a TON!
• Okay, I didn't go to the thing that is in LA because it required waking up early and it's a Saturday but I still really wanna go. WHAT DO I DO??
• duh, yeah!
• I didn't. D:
• I heard Drunk Girls but LCD Soundsystem on the radio and it really annoys me. I haven't listened to them anymore than that.
• There's a song by LCD Soundsystem called Dance Yourself Clean that i heard on NPRs (National Public Radio) show All Songs Considered (which is where I get all my new music from) and I like it. I believe it's the only song by them I've ever heard although the name is so familiar. One of the lines is: Talking like a jerk Except you are an actual jerk And living proof that sometimes friends are mean I like that and it reminded me of your story, Curses.
• I watched the Drunk Girls video and didn't know what ot think in a good way. I think if I had just heard the song I wouldn't have enjoyed it at all
• I don't like the coffee that our coffeemaker makes but I like the cappucino that our espresso machine makes. Briana slept over and that was nice. K always sleeps on the couch lately. More room in bed for me. I love glitter. I shared a jar of screwdriver with a man on Saturday at the party and it was very sexy and sneaky grown-up feeling. This is the post your thoughts thread so I am. I used to think my feet were the best part of my body but then I got older and they got callouses from walking barefoot. Then I thought it was my boobs but I got cancer and they fucked around with the right one. Now I don't have a favorite body part. The end.
• Ageing sucks. Forever young! - in our heads at least. And may I observe, Wini, you are doing briliantly well in this respect. I hope I like AnCo when I'm an adult and have just as twisted mind as I do currently. (Oh, and don't get the impression I'm calling you 'old' - cause that is not at all what I mean!! lol) TN1 - I wrote 2 short stories on the weekend while listening to SJ, Merriweather, Spirit and Feels back to back. One involves Astronauts who I called Astro-men. I googled Astromen and turns out theres a band called Man Or Astroman? I'm going to check them out when I get home. They are described as Surf Rock. When I think of surf music I think of the Drums. I just hope they're not overly rock. Rock music is boring. <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://music-map.com/man+or+astroman.html">http://music-map.com/man+or+astroman.html</a><!-- m --> <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man_or_Astro-man?">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man_or_Astro-man?&lt;/a&gt;&lt;!-- m --> And zomg! Last night on the Colbert report, he interviewed these astronauts! In space! That was cool. And Mars 500 has begun! I'm going to follow this. <!-- s:P --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/razz.gif" alt=":P" title="razz" /><!-- s:P --> http://www.esa.int/SPECIALS/Mars500/SEMUXB5XT9G_0.html TN2 - bananas = nom nom nom
• ALSO!! Me and my friend might go see a festival in 8 weeks called On The Bright Side! http://www.onthebrightside.com.au/home.html Its got: The Ting Tings, Mumford & Sons, Middle East, the Strokes!!!, Angus and Julia Stone, Bluejuice, Hot Chip!!! and Band of Horses. It'll be winter, outdoors, and most probably cold. But most definitely worth it! I love Hot Chip and Bluejuice will be really fun to see live.. I'm listening up on alot of the music from the other bands, but yeah. So I really hope we go - <!-- s:P --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/razz.gif" alt=":P" title="razz" /><!-- s:P -->
