Why has there not been a thread celebrating the awesomeness of pictures?? or maybe there has and I just never saw it, but who cares im starting a new one!! I figured it would fit well in the visual so i just went ahead and made it. anyways post your favorite pictures of the boys from AC or just anything cool. I recently took some pics in Washington on this disposable camera so I wanted to share them and my freind does GIMP art and gave me permission to show those off

the browser cuts the pictures off a little bit narrow but you can copy paste the picture location into your browser or just save them and view full screen -

those are the only pictures of the monster ever caught in full frame -

The fun thing for me is that the pictures actually are not old they are from just this past week. I was considering buying a film camera but i looked into it and film and getting film developed isn't cheep. and it should be seeing as how its an outdated technology. I guess its kind of the same deal with Vinyl prints being more expensive than CDs. Ill get some more pictures up soon I have some stuff to do right now and I have to upload more to photobucket or some hosting site.

Sweeeet, I'd listen to that in a heartbeat. I love spiderwebs. Hate spiders though. Spiderless spiderwebs! I wonder if there is such a spider that builds a web then abandons it forever? Probably not. That'd defeat the purpose of a spiderweb wouldn't it?

I think I've only once had sleep paralysis. Coming out of a dream its where your body is awake but your still dreaming, and when your going to sleep your still thinking but your bodies falling asleep, right?
People say after they've been sedated their body wakes up but they're still asleep for a while. That happened randomly to me once but I'm not sure whether it was SP or not. It was really strange though. -

sorry it took me so long to reply (I was in yosemite) but thanks for all the great feedback you guys! I don't take any credit for these pictures though as they are all made by my freind. He did give me permission to put them up though and he loves that you guys like them. Ill get some kewl not so computerized pictures i took in yosemite up in a few days. My mother was nice enough to get me another disposable camera for the trip because she saw how much i liked the pictures before. As soon as I get those pictures developed Ill send you guys some

that's awesome Cloudy, I really enjoyed the non-computerized pictures that you put up not too long ago as well. They've got a nice charm to them.

thanks so much wini! I really appreciate that, i'm really happy with how i've been progressing.
as for contests, no I haven't. I really need to figure out how to make this a job, or you know, do something productive with the photos I get. I think contests are probably a good place to start. I need to make a cafepress or something so I can try and sell prints. -
My cousin wants to do photography full time too, and he's starting out by getting hired by friends to do wedding pictures and family portraits and all that kind of stuff. I think you should try something like that. You're an amazing photographer!

that definitely sounds like a solid place to start. The hard part for me is that I don't have enough confidence in myself when it comes to beign a 'portrait' photographer. I've decided to look into this a lot more tonight. I really appreciate the support/encouragement though guys!
