This little sucker is interesting, but Google's page on it sure doesn't make the specs very easily available. What I'm guessing from what the Google page on it says is that it boots from a solid state drive and stores most user profile info and all online app info in Google's cloud system. Thus eliminating any control over privacy. At least the web is optional. This is yet another step to constant connectivity and no individual control over what information from personal computers gets shared or looked at without being intentionally shared. Is that a good thing? Hey, at least it'll boot faster now.
